Dr. Kent

Dr. Kent is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in arthroscopy and sports medicine. With an emphasis on Cura Personalis or “Care of the whole person,” he focuses on holistic treatments and highlights non-surgical management if possible. That said, his expertise in arthroscopic procedures of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle, minimally invasive hip replacement, and trauma surgery means he is capable of treating a wide range of injuries and maladies. Dr. Kent loves the cutting-edge technology at the forefront of orthopedics, and regularly performs new and innovative techniques such as cartilage restoration and repair, advanced hip arthroscopy, and PRP injections.

Dr. Kent grew up in Utah and attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate studies. He then attended medical school at Georgetown in Washington, DC, completed his residency at UNLV in Las Vegas, and completed an arthroscopy and sports medicine fellowship at the world renowned Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Los Angeles.
