Dr. DeMordaunt
Dr. Dallin DeMordaunt is a triple board-certified physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, sports medicine, and electrodiagnostic medicine. He is dedicated to helping patients of all ages return to the activities they love through non-surgical, evidence-based treatments that address musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions.
Dr. DeMordaunt’s approach centers on patient education and individualized care. He works closely with each patient to explain treatment options, set realistic goals, and guide them through a personalized recovery plan. Whether it’s a sports injury, joint pain, nerve condition, or spine issue, his goal is to promote healing and improve quality of life.

His areas of expertise include the treatment of injuries and pain affecting the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and more, including concussion management and arthritis care.
Dr. DeMordaunt completed his medical degree at The George Washington University School of Medicine and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Virginia Commonwealth University. He also completed an internal medicine internship at Trinity Health Ann Arbor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in zoology from Brigham Young University.
Outside of medicine, Dr. DeMordaunt enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing tennis, skiing, hiking, and staying active. He serves as a sideline physician for local high schools and is involved in community and church activities. He has also shared his expertise on back health and sports injury prevention through interviews with KSL in Utah.
